When BioWare closed down the ‘off topic’ section of their official forum, fans opened Top Shelf Gaming as their new stronghold. This forum was the result of an earlier BSN migration. Probably one BSN clone will survive, at the most. This is another BSN clone, but apparently started by someone who’s a bit controversial in the community. It already copied the Twitter threads, the most popular posts on the old BSN. Because of the BSN closedown they opened some familiar subforums for BioWare games.Ī pretty straight down copycat of the original BSN, the name says it all. One of the most promising refuges is Fextralife, a website that already has wiki pages and discussion boards for several other rpg’s. Right now it’s far from certain which forum will be the new hang out for hardcore fans, so here are some possible destination for the BSN exodus. With BioWare Social Network (BSN) closing down at the end of the month, the big question for many fans is where they’ll have to go to discuss Mass Effect science and Dragon Age lore.
